TCDA and Texas Orchestra Directors Association (TODA) 
jointly hold an annual convention in summer at Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas .
In 2010 TCDA and TODA will meet in a Wednesday – Saturday pattern; Texas Bandmasters Association (TBA) will meet the three days immediately before in a Monday – Wednesday pattern. This provides the "sharing" of exhibiting companies. TCDA's first day, Wednesday, is exhibitor move-in all morning, with member registration beginning at 3 pm. TCDA/TODA Exhibits will be open Wednesday, 3-6 pm, and will end Friday afternoon. There will be no Saturday exhibits.
