Viewing PDF Files

Depending on your platform and operating system, viewing PDF files may require Adobe Reader to be installed on your system.  If you do not have the most recent version of Adobe Reader, we recommend updating at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Some web browsers may not display PDF files correctly.  We recommend using Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla. Firefox, or Safari for viewing PDF files.  If you experience problems in one browser, try another.

If you find that PDF files are not printing or are not printing correctly, there are a few things you can do:

If the document will not print at all:

Use the Print   icon on the Adobe Reader toolbar instead of going to File > Print.

If the document is printing, but does not print correctly:

1.  Save the document to your hard drive and then open & print it from there.

or

2.     Print by clicking on the Advanced button on the print menu and click the checkbox next to Print as Image.  This setting will remain in effect from this point on until you change it.
